The Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M is a limited-edition, topless take on the 430 Scuderia. Ferrari created the Scuderia Spider 16M at the World Finals in Mugello to commemorate the 16th victory in the Formula 1 Constructors’ World Championship. The vehicle displays a special commemorative plaque celebrating Ferrari’s 16th Constructor’s World title on the rear grille and a limited series plaque above the interior air vents on the center of the dashboard.

The 16M version of the Scuderia Spider sports a 4.3L naturally aspirated V8 rear engine reaching a top speed of 196 mph. The soundtrack is distinctive, especially when outputting 502 hp at 8,500 rpm and 346 lb-ft of torque at 5,250 rpm. The 16M variant takes the Ferrari 430 Scuderia to the next level by crafting this track focused vehicle as an aerodynamic soft top convertible.

The vehicle features numerous enhancements to its aerodynamics. Carbon fiber has been extensively utilized throughout the vehicle to decrease weight; it’s also used for character and styling purposes on the wing mirrors and outer shell of the roll bar. In an effort to make this convertible track ready, the chassis was stiffened and the weight of the front and rear bumpers were decreased. The distinctive five-spoke forged wheels were created to further reduce weight, and the car is equipped with larger, saucer-sized carbon-ceramic brakes for extra stopping power.

The new manettino lets drivers adjust the electronic suspension, stability control, and traction control to five different settings:

An electronic differential, or E-Diff, in the gear allows the Scuderia Spider 16M to drive like a racing car, providing additional stability and traction.
