This 1999 Acura NSX shows just 38k miles and is #44 of 51 Zanardi Edition examples produced exclusively for the US market. The Zanardi Edition features a fixed roof, lightweight rear spoiler, single-pane rear glass, BBS wheels, manual steering, and a lighter battery to reduce the total weight by 149 pounds compared to the contemporary NSX-T. All were finished in New Formula Red over a black interior and powered by a 3.2-liter VTEC V6 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. This example was registered in California until 2009, when it was acquired by the current owner and moved to Minnesota. Maintenance in September 2019 included a new timing belt, water pump, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and brake fluid. The sale includes a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Minnesota title.
The 3.2-liter DOHC V6 features VTEC variable valve timing and was rated for 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque when new. The timing belt and water pump were replaced by Continental Acura of Naperville, Illinois in September 2019, along with the valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, air filter, and transmission fluid. A receipt from the work is provided.
